FOCUS is our Young Adult ministry for those in our church family who are 18-30(ish).
Our mission is to:
a) Connect, encourage & grow
b) Make a difference
First, we want to provide a place where we can get together to encourage each other as we navigate this new phase of life where everything is changing - from university/college to new jobs to figuring out where we're going with our lives.
As part of that, we spend time studying various subjects as it relates to our walks with God, how we can grow in our relationships with Him, and what it looks like to walk that out in the "real life" of our generation.
Secondly, we believe, as Christ-followers, we're called to make a difference in our community. To that end, we regularly look for ways to get involved in our community and give back - ways that we can be a positive influence for Christ and bring the message of hope
to those around us.
And let's not forget that we do some things just to have a great time!
